导师简介

VINCENT LEONG is an international trainer and a serial entrepreneur. He has dedicated most of his time in training and coaching various organizations from different parts of the globe. He is also one of the selected Selangor Accelerator Program founder (SAP) and finalist for Invest Penang aCAT fund. He is also one of the founder for Global Youth CC in the United Religious Initiative (URI). He has also been given an opportunity to share in Stanford University, USA, 2019.

As a trainer, he assists in the developmental programs which aims to help one achieve their goals through utilising inner games within ourselves. He is currently engaged with various attitude and habit training programmes.

He has also been involved in various youth workshops and still empowering youths through the introduction of various workshops he developed together with his team.

His strong interest in TRIZ principles and Lean Approach enables him to improve workplace management which encourages him to explore new technological tools and approaches for organization development.
